- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if using) and spread the tortilla chips evenly across the sheet in a single layer.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the chips, ensuring all chips are covered.
- Add sliced jalapeños over the cheese as per your preference.
- Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, carefully transfer the loaded nachos to a shallow serving dish.
- Top with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, olives, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
