Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (if using) and spread the tortilla chips evenly across the sheet in a single layer.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the chips, ensuring all chips are covered.
  4. Add sliced jalapeños over the cheese as per your preference.
  5. Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  6. Once out of the oven, carefully transfer the loaded nachos to a shallow serving dish.
  7. Top with sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, olives, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
